Ecoflux
All of the products in the ECOFLUX range are either fluoride free or with low fluoride content. The ECOFLUX products are environmentally improved for treating aluminium alloys. These products are designed to give a balanced reaction within the dross, resulting in the minimum exothermic reaction necessary to initiate the separation of the metal from the dross.

ECOFLUX 14-series gives a dry cover on the melt, to combine optimum separation of melt from the dross and ease of drossing off.

The HA Flux Injection and Rotorject systems are simple to operate, and generate less fume and toxic gases than traditional methods. In addition to very efficient cleaning of the melt, another benefit of the process is a powerful degassing effect, which eliminates the necessity for a separate degassing operation.
